Matt has almost two decades of leadership experience in aviation as both an executive and entrepreneur.  He began his career at the age of thirteen as the Founder of Innovative Travel Concepts, which quickly grew to become a leading provider of back-end services to the travel industry.  After selling ITC in 2002, Matt spent time at JetBlue Airways and The Jetstream Group before founding Contour Flight, an air fulfillment agency specializing in commercial aircraft in 2009.  Matt joined Contour Aviation as an equity partner and Director in 2013 prior to assuming the CEO role in 2015.

He has been featured in both online and print publications such as Entrepreneur, Fortune Small Business, and USA Today and in 2002 was ranked the #6 on the list of Top 100 Young CEOs in America by Y&E magazine.  Matt has appeared frequently on national media outlets such as CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, and Fox News to talk about his businesses and to contribute on matters concerning commercial aviation.  He received his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University and is an avid private pilot.

Ben Munson serves as President of Contour Aviation, a role he assumed in January 2025 after nearly a decade of contributing to the company in a consulting capacity beginning in 2016. In his leadership position, Ben oversees all operational, commercial, and financial functions across the organization.

Before joining Contour, Ben built nearly twenty years of experience in commercial aviation, holding key roles across major airlines, low-cost carriers, and regional operators. His extensive background and strategic insight continue to help drive Contour’s growth and success.

Liam Mackay is the Chief Financial Officer of Contour, leading the company’s financial operations and strategy, along with overseeing purchasing and IT. He joined Contour in September 2025 from Air Wisconsin, where he spent four and a half years as CFO, supporting the operation of CRJ200 aircraft on behalf of both American and United Airlines.

Before his time at Air Wisconsin, Liam spent more than a decade in a variety of finance roles at United Airlines, including a two-and-a-half-year secondment to CommuteAir in Cleveland. He has since relocated to Nashville with his wife and two children.

Lee joined Contour in 2015 as Executive Vice President of Flight Operations and 119 Director of Operations charged with standardization, growth and development of the company’s flight operations.

Before his time at Contour, Lee spent 16 years at Continental Express/ExpressJet as a Captain, proficiency check airman, simulator instructor, pilot recruiter and Operations Director for ExpressJet’s Corporate Aviation division.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aviation and Air Carrier Operations Management from Louisiana Tech University.  He lives in Murfreesboro, TN with his wife Shannon and daughter, Sutton.

Sybilla “Syb” Slavin was born and raised in New York. Syb has passion for film and fashion, graduating in 2005 from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film. A career change led her back to New York to pursue a career in private aviation, where she worked as a broker. Success in the industry led her to join Contour in 2016 as the leader of Contour’s private jet charter sales and management divisions. Syb is an avid traveler and enjoys spending her summers at home in New York with her family and friends.

Randy serves as Executive Vice President of Maintenance for Contour Airlines. Randy brings 35 years of airline technical operations experience, having held leadership positions with Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, and Spirit Airlines. He began his aviation career at Delta Air Lines at the age of 19 as an Avionics Technician, building a strong technical foundation that guided his progression into executive leadership roles throughout the industry.

Throughout his career, Randy has led maintenance control, line maintenance, regulatory compliance, ETOPS, and technical operations functions, with a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Prior to joining Contour, he served in senior maintenance leadership positions supporting large Part 121 airline operations and was responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and reliable operation of airline fleets.

Randy is recognized for developing high-performing teams, mentoring future leaders, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and safety. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Associates in Avionics, has his A&P license, and remains passionate about advancing the aviation maintenance profession.

Outside of work, Randy has been married to his wife, Ruth, for more than 30 years. They have two adult children, Logan and his wife, Lexi, and Lauren, who reside in the Dallas area. Randy enjoys fishing and traveling, always looking for opportunities to explore new destinations and experience the outdoors.

Colette’s aviation career spans more than 42 years, beginning as an International Flight Attendant with American Airlines, where she also served for many years as an Emergency Procedures Training Instructor. This extensive hands-on experience set the foundation for her next role as Cabin Safety Program Manager at FlightSafety International (FSI–Atlanta). There, she designed, taught, and managed curricula for 14 CFR Parts 91, 121, and 135, as well as the FAA’s Emergency & Survival Equipment course.

Colette joined Contour in 2016 as a flight attendant instructor and has since advanced through multiple leadership roles—an example of the company’s strong commitment to internal development. She is honored to now serve as Vice President of Inflight Operations and Training, continuing her dedication to safety, service, and the growth of Contour’s inflight team.

JB joined Contour in March 2025 as Vice President of Safety and Security, bringing with her two decades of aviation safety experience. Throughout her career, she has held safety leadership roles at Swissport, Signature Aviation, Mesa Airlines, Compass Airlines, Spirit Airlines, and Allegiant Air.

A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, JB holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Science along with Commercial–Multi Engine pilot certificates. Over the years, she has supported multiple emergency response activations, including the Harvest Festival shooting in Las Vegas—experiences that strengthened her deep commitment to caring for team members, customers, and their families.

Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, JB enjoys spending time with her husband, Clint, and their daughters, Sophia and Harper. At home, the family loves relaxing with their pitbull and cat and gathering around the kitchen to enjoy Clint’s cooking.

Matt joined Contour in 2016 after spending six years managing a part 61 flight school and assisting in the operation and management of a part 135 charter operation in New York. Matt holds a Masters Degree in Aviation Management with an undergraduate degree in management-leadership and professional pilot.  Matt has worked his way up through multiple positions within Contours FBO segment.  This includes Customer Service Manager, Director of FBO Commercial Operations and General Manager of the John C. Tune FBO in Nashville.  

During Matt’s time with Contour, he has proudly been able to help build a strong team at three FBO locations with a focus on profitability and operational efficiency.  As Vice President of Fixed Based Operations Matt is responsible for continuing the growth of the John C. Tune Airport in Nashville, which is already one of the busiest general aviation airports in Tennessee.

Andrew has been involved in aviation since the age of 16, when he began flying aircraft and working toward his pilot ratings throughout high school and college. He launched his airline career in 2008 as a Ramp Agent with Delta Air Lines and went on to progress through a variety of leadership roles across the industry. These included Customer Service Supervisor with Delta Air Lines, management roles with US Airways, and Station Manager positions with Spirit Airlines.

Most recently, Andrew served as Senior Director of Focus Stations and Director of Inflight at Spirit Airlines, followed by his role as Senior Vice President of Ground Handling and Chief of Staff at Swissport, a leading service provider in the airline industry. Andrew is honored to lead the Airport Operations division, bringing a hands-on leadership approach and a strong commitment to delivering a positive experience for both guests and team members.
